HOW IT WORKS
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Good question. Our Studio Week was made for women who like to work collaboratively—and quickly. You’ve perused our portfolio, so you know you like our work, and you trust our process as experienced professionals. You want to collaborate, but you don’t want to micromanage (who among us?). If that’s you, you’re our girl, and we’re your people. We can’t wait to work with you.
-
Although our container is just one week, it’s highly collaborative and our process feels easy and expansive. When you book The Studio Week, you reserve our team, talents, and time exclusively for your project, so it never feels rushed and you get the most out of our week together.
-
For you, anything.
-
Our Brand Week package has already been scaled back to the essentials—the minimum brand assets we know are necessary to make a difference in your business. Anything less won’t be enough to make that difference.
-
For service-based businesses, we design in Squarespace. For e-commerce business, Shopify.
-
While we do our best to work within your budget and source as many beautiful (and free!) assets as possible, some elements come with their own price tag. These can range from a few dollars to a few hundred, depending on what your project needs to shine.
Common extras include: font licenses, stock photography, copywriting, advanced SEO, premium website themes, hosting and subscriptions, plugins, printing fees, and additional revision rounds.
That said, you’ll never be caught off guard—we’ll always check in before anything is added. No surprises, just full transparency.
-
Yes, ma’am. We reserve a limited number of retainers for past clients—if that’s you, let’s talk.
-
It depends on what we’re creating together!
If we’re working on a Brand Week, all you need is a clear vision—or even just a Pinterest board that reflects your vibe. I’ll also ask that you have a good sense of who your target audience is, what your business goals are, and that you’re ready to dive into our onboarding questionnaire. If we’re collaborating on a Website Week, I’ll need high-quality imagery (we’re happy to help you source it!), copy for each page (or we can bring in our in-house copywriter to support), and a complete brand guide—including your logo, color palette, and fonts. You’ll also want to have a clear goal in mind for what you want your website to do for your business.
Please note: We aren’t able to design a website without branding in place—your brand is the foundation for everything we build.
